Notional accounts

Notional accounts are basically intended to imitate a fixed contribution strategy. Here, the amount is subject to the contributions and returns over investment.

Notional accounts are basically for calculating the overall contribution and the interest or profit earnt over it. However, the physical fund is not altered in the accounts.

These accounts are also used for liquidity management, where the fund is made available within different corporate accounts and without disturbing the physical fund, the calculations of interest and profit is performed.
